I'm a new patient & based on Dr. recommendation I went with Strive. I received my script earlier than expected. When I had some concerns, I called & spoke w/Devin who actually listened, took the time to answer questions & shared helpful info that showed the knowledge base of those who work here & alleviated my concerns. He went above & beyond to help me get from thinking of returning the product to confidently sticking with it knowing I could call & talk to a real person again if needed. This kind of customer service is a rare find today & much appreciated!

Finally a pharmacy that has kind and helpful staff and Devin Ross the pharmacist, took time to give thorough instructions and took extra time to answer questions I had regarding natural vitamins to help with sleep. I would highly recommend this pharmacy . Enjoy customer service at its finest!

My doctor had sent a prescription in to Strive be compounded and as of 72 hrs after that, no response from them to my inquiries since they never answer their phone or return messages left. The unmitigated rudeness to just ignore patients and be so unprofessional is utterly unacceptable. I mean who runs their business that way and insults the customers like that and stays in business? Seems pretty obvious that it's poorly run and they take their business for granted. It doesn't make you feel too confident about anything they might do. I think I will look into other options and not get stuck in the horrible cycle I see other customers are with all the problems I see in these other reviews. You should see the reviews on Yelp, they're even worse than on here. I. bet someone from Strive will come and post some idiotic excuse underneath this review as well to engage in damage control. It will be utterly meaningless. They clearly don't care about the patients.

amazing pharmacy! my office gets a lot of peptides from here and we send our patients here frequently for their compounded scripts. it's usually very smooth sailing and very little issues. if they ever have questions they're quick to reach out! Live Well Wellness Center in Chandler, AZ recommends!

Strive is excellent to work with. They are great about answering questions and they are timely with any requests. They have great communication, both through text and call. Payment is easy to make and they ship prescriptions out quickly. Overall I’m pleased to work with them.

One star ⭐️ for this pharmacy due to communication failure which I believe in this line of work is important. Dropped off a prescription on a Thursday and was told 2-3 days to fill the order. After waiting 3 days I called to possibly pick it up. I was then told that after they process payment the prescription will be ready for pick up 2-3 days. Also that a text for payment was sent out to my phone for payment. The pharmacy I’m referring to is on Cooper/Baseline. 1- At NO time anyone at the pharmacy informed me of the text to process payment process to fill out the script. 2- I never received the text as they stated to process the payment. 3- When I did talk to the person over the phone finally they kept going in circles on the process like a robot. My advice to this establishment is better customer communications and service. My advice to their customers is make sure what you want and expect is communicated with the person behind the counter. I've experienced the same difficulties with delays in getting meds refilled due to poor communication. Whether that is an issue of the technology they use, or human issues I don't know, but they need to get it resolved. Currently on day 8 since my dr. called in meds and still nothing. It is nearly impossible to get ahold of them as well. Phone calls are long waits, they no longer reply to texts. They used to be decent until 3-4 months ago. This is very disappointing and makes me not trust their ability to properly store and make the medications if they can't get the simple things correct. Management, please please work on this issue as I see the same problem in many reviews.

I used to be the BIGGEST fan of Strive, and started with them when the had just opened. They had great customer service, and quality product, and suggested them to everyone that would listen... but now... NOPE! They got way too big for their britches! They send a text/email reminder to refill, then don't even process it for 5-7 days, and when then remember to ship, it takes another 5-7 days, and then my medication runs out!!! This has happened for the last 3 refills, and I despise their responses when I ask why it takes so long.. they say "we have a high volume of medications to fill".. like it's my fault they take FOREVER to fill easy medications! WORST PHARMACY HANDS DOWN! They are quick to take your money, but not quick to help you with your medication.. THYROID medication mind you! Can't be without it, and have been sooooo sick because of them! BOOOO STRIVE!
